Change Tactician Banner to Vanguard Banner

Hi I recently farmed additional 40,000 glory points to be able to change my Tacticians Banner to Vanguard Banner, and I found out I cannot buy non-tactician banner,

Is there any way I can buy a new Vanguard banner?>

ie pass glory to another character and buy there?

use a retraining token?

What should I do help pls.

heheh need more power for my hr ranger

    Did you buy the artifact cache for Vanguard banner? You need a seal for each one.

    No i used my first artifact cache on tacticians banner
    Do you mean that i can unlock other artifact caches by completing other pvp campaigns? Iwd and gg?
