I haven't played GWF or GF yet. Just getting that out of the way.
What if instead of the current changes to it. It instead stacks a debuff for repeated use.
It rushes to where the target was upon activation.
Every additonal use adds a 0.25s-0.5s delay to the activation.
It will add up a charge up animation.
Overall stating you're exhausting yourself by it's repeated use.
Alternatively it could consume stamina for repeated use. Over usage could reduce stamina generation. If possible. This could be limited to PvP targets only.

Too complicated when a simpler solution does the same thing. Simple charge system is good enough in PvE, where TR spam is already a bad choice for damage, and repeated mobility isn't necessary, while PvP-wise, your proposed change would make TR gradually worse than walking, which would be equivalent to being "out of charges"
Threatening rush is fine the way it is for the gf but the gwf needs a nerf with that at-will. gwf stole all our powers and can use them more effectively since they get more dps so there version of the power could be nerfed and im sure that would make it balanced.

Agreed. The GWF has sprint and should have never received Threatening Rush. I liken it to flying at times with air shields. The GF should have it with unlimited charges. They need the gap closer.

I hate to say this, but you might want to go look up what a 4e Great Weapon Fighter is in D&D. They have access to the Iron Vanguard paragon just like all other fighters. So, they didn't "steal" your ability, they technically should have always had it. That said, GWF does hit harder, because, well, they use a bigger weapon.
