Clipping issues with Throne Mount

This is a simple woman's request for a minor issue. Should you find the time, could you mayhaps do something about the clipping issue with skirts clipping through the seat of the throne?
That is the Courtly Garb and my skirts look terrible. Now how am I supposed to be an obnoxious royal?
Many classes have armor of some sort that have little skirt things that do the same thing. Is there any way to make them not fuse with the throne, like when you made cloaks and skirts actually drape over the other mounts? If not, it's nothing huge! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
