Items missing

I logged into my account today and noticed that half of the armor on my level 60 cleirc is missing along with some stuff out of my bank on other characters. So i decide to play a low level character for about an hour before continuing with my event day stuff. When I logged into my level 60 ranger, half of his gear is missing now. W...T...H is going on? my armor is vanishing off my characters while im online?!?!?! Customer service is not responding to my tickets so I an posting here in hopes that I can get my stuff back that keeps vanishing off my characters. I cant do any epic dungeons now or the lvl 60's zones. Really annoyed about this. If my game was hacked, alot more items would be missing. So no.... I didnt get hacked. Please help me out here.

    You sound like a gambler. I would't place any bets on your team.

    Change your ARC Account Password. NOW.
    Submit a support ticket - be polite and *very* patient and hope for the best, but don't hold your breath (for your own sanity and sake.)

    Yea I changed my password and put a ticket in just waiting for them to rollback the 2 characters that are affected. Its just odd that I was ingame when the items went missing lol if the rollback dont work then I will have to start working on quests to get my gear back..... uuuggggghhhh!!!!
