For some reason our Mod-4 change has been ignored on here! A scandal I say.
To rectify this gross injustice, this post has been created to give feedback on the DC change (copied below):
Devoted Cleric
Chains of Blazing Light: The tooltip will now correctly show how much damage this power will deal.
Clerics! What do you feel about this change?
Could it have been worded differently?
Are you happy with the punctuation?
Could it have been done in a different Font?
Have the Devs gone too far with this change?
Now is the opportunity to get our one critical Mod-4 change exactly how we want it, to maximise our next experience! Don't waste it!

And what wasn't gutted was messed up by the poorly thought out new level cap and equip. The game never recovered from that atrocity". ..............not this one then.............

Feedback: Tooltips
The new tooltip is a step in the right direction.
New and better tooltips are still needed for the likes of Astral Shield and Hallowed Ground.
If I may, I'd like to suggest a new functionality for the TAB function: when divinity is activated, all the tooltips are written in bold and italic.
Great, how my DPS classes are supposed to kill clerics now? Before they didn't know how much damage they do, so they couldn't do a math to calculate outgoing damage needed to kill a low HP target, but now if you're at low HP they can see that they can kill you and they kill you. Clerics should not be able to kill anyone! This change hurts my DPS and surviving feelings, you want me to do suicide because of dying to a cleric??!!111 Please, remove all tooltips from their abilities to make them on par with other classes.
M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

Have faith, my friends. This won't be the only change to dc!

OH MY GOSH! I LAUGHED SO HARD LOLOLOL
Seriously this is hilariously creative thread! Spiced with sarcasm here and there.. I could savor every post in it.
Unfortunately, this kind of thread isnt really constructive, so we'd have to take it down.. -Closed-

This tooltip will be a vital change in Cleric PVP survivability, and the class founders need to study it's implications closely.
Other classes are getting many changes, but the DC just this one. Logic states therefore that this change must have exhausted all the devs time and resources on the DC - making it a truly important outcome for the class.
This exhaustive work by the development team, hours spent burning the midnight oil on the class, deserves! nay demands! an equal amount of study by the cleric player base.
Already we have seen positive suggestions - bold, italic, more tool tips! all good ideas to improve the class. Please keep this open, we may yet see other good suggestions, even to the extent of adding underlined fonts.
Seriously....a tooltip change.

On the plus side this saves me 2 hours of testing that I was going to have to do to figure out tooltip damage.
On the negative side the damage chains does actually vary with the number of targets triggered. Therefore the tooltip damage is NOT accurate. The damage is listed for which single target only. Not 2, 3 or 5. My feedback is that chains should deal full damage regardless of number of targets. And while you're working on chains, you might as well fix the issue of chains not proccing or benefitting from more than 1 stack of Terrifying Insight. Thank you.

Additionally, I am fully expecting a free respec, possibly two, as we adjust to the new tooltip.

More tooltips will be fixed, you'll see!
