Cant claim mi Black ice equipment cache

I just finished 5 tasks in the Ice Wind Dale PVP campaign and i was rewarded with the Black ice equipment cache so i click claim but i didnt got the bag. I had mi bags full so i make some room, go back to the campaign menu ready to press claim but the "claim" button is no more. The cache doesn´t sai claimed but i cant claim it either, mi campaign icon is flashing but i cant get mi reward. Please help

    From the latest preview patch notes:

    User Interface

    Campaigns: Attempting to claim an item with a full inventory will now succeed.

    I don't know if the fix (that will probably go live with the today's maintenance) is retroactive or if you will have to open a support ticket. Check it again after the patch (in some 6 hours or so).

    Not retroactive. The cache is still stuck
