Leave party because of hostile faction does not work properly at times

Whenever you come out of queued content (besides Kessell I think) while being contracted the party auto-dismantles because not everybody is on the same faction. But sometimes you get trapped in a weird circle. For some reason the system reestablishs the party and immediately drops you out again.

This happens countless times, sometimes it stops, sometimes you have to switch maps or logout.

This is still going on. Any chance this will be fixed? I would like to see it just remove from the party once, instead of multiple times in rapid succession.
