Can I replay out-leveled content?

I have a 50 GF that I leveled from 20-50 using daily invocation and leadership. He was meant to be a mule.
Now I'm feeling interested in picking him up again. However, I can't seem to queue for the skirmishes/instances that are below 50. Is there any way to re-visit that content without using a new character?

Skirmishes: no, except CTAs. Instances: I believe so but could be wrong.

This has always annoyed me Skirmishes should all be lvl scaled.

As far as I know, you can only do dungeons again, and only by entering through the door. If you could queue for skirmishes, it would ruin the fun for everyone, unless they somehow only queue you up with people your own level range. One of the reasons I left the game (for hte second time) is because I'm so tired of running around in low-level dungeons and being "helped" along with a high-level player to ruin the fun.

If you want to do the story quests in each area that you've out-leveled, you can, you just need to know who to speak to for the beginning quests in each area. I went back with my level 60 CW to Rothe Valley and other places to finish those levels. The markers don't show up over the NPCs' heads, but if you know who to talk to, you can get the quests.

Skirmishes, no. You'll have to wait for a CtA, as stated above. However, I think they changed it so that you can queue for something about 6 (?) levels below your current level.
