Best BI Gear for PvP?

I'm almost ready to start crafting my BI set (except for those stupid arms that I still haven't gotten) and was just wondering which is better for pvp the Corrupted or Purified set and why. I really like the stats on the Purified set such as the deflect and regen but absolutely hate the bonuses for that set. On the other hand I like the bonuses on the Corrupt set and like it's offensive stats. I just don't have a clue which one will be better.

My goal was to craft both sets eventually but with as much trouble as I'm having getting the arms I don't know if that will happen.

I've also noticed that The HE's: Beholder/Raiders/Remo are not spawning near as often as they used to. I sat in Icewind Pass for 3-4 hours yesterday and finally Raiders popped up. I never saw Remo and haven't seen that one in days. I'm also noticing that Beholder isn't popping up near as much. Basically the only way I get any of those is if I now sit at the gate and spam lfg which is just really annoying.

Anyway, which set do you like best for pvp. Thank you.

I'm crafting purified for it's barkshield-like effect, and corrupt weapons. Though might also craft spare corrupt armor to focus particular stats later and 2/2 it.

It s still impossible to say if they are worth something or not.
No idea about internal cooldown and proc rates.
