I bought 1 000 zen and transfered it into game.. I didnt recive This pack.. I went to claim agent and he said it will recive it through mail.. no mail past day,, HELP

Try waiting a few hours. The same thing happened to me, but after a few hours I received it through my in-game mail.

Devs cannot check for support issues. This also cannot be resolved at the forum level. You'll have to wait for the response from support for your issue.
