Game not patching

After i open the luncher, the game just doesn't want to start to patch.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

    Check to make sure your firewall is not blocking connection.

    Bring up your Task menu. (Control+Shift+Escape)

    Click on the processes Tab and check to see if you have a Cryptic error running. If you do select it and "end process".

    I was having the same issue and this is how I got everything up and running.

    Usually the Cryptic error isn't hidden, but in this case for some odd reason it was.
