Looking for endgame PvE guild

Dragon server 14.7k cw looking for an endgame PvE focused guild, more on the hardcore side (or at least filled with people who know how to gear themselves). I'm tired of wasting time with pugs, and would like a guild where t2+ runs are frequent enough that pugging is almost never necessary. A more exclusive guild with high requirements is preferred.
