cutlass item model

I'm trying to find one that could fit a transmutation set for my corsair/pirate theme. I was told there was one in game but not sure what class(es) it's for or where it drops. Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

    Is it just a random drop in the skirmish?

    To bad they don't have one that looks more like the typical one with a bit of flash to it. Lol! Thanks a ton guys!

    Hrs cutless like the guy above said drops from legion skirmish chest.
    No idea what my toon is now.
