Open PvP NPC potions

I've noticed some NPCs in the PvP zone are significantly more powerful than others. Today I'm fighting a pair of them, when they each swallow pots and heal for 55,000 HPs!

55k potions! How do I get my hands on those?

    What you are describing sounds like "Skooma" , nasty stuff i'd stay away from it.

    Yep.

    This is why people crying and whining about companions are kind of clueless of what is already happening to be honest.

    Regular domination PVP has an expensive arms-race aspect to it. Companions in open world merely made it apparent.
