you need 2 guys lvl 60.. and 3 boons.. that artifact.. i can choose one or they just give us one..

Im a cw and tr lvl 60.. but i want the gwf artifact.. haha.. have some way to get that?

and is bound to character?.. i can give the TR artifact to my CW ?

    You have to make a new GWF and get 3 boons with it to get the artifact.

    Once you've unlocked an artifact through the Vault of the Nine quest, every character you make will be able to redeem it through the NPC across Sgt Knox in Protector's Enclave
