Elven Battle Enchantment vs. HR roots

Is elven battle enchant working against HR rooting abilities? I'm using a perfect, but it does absolutely nothing.

    Perfect Elven Battle is bugged. Has been bugged since eternity.

    You should've stopped at Greater.

    I'd be sure to re-re-remind the programmers in the Bugs section.

    Honestly its not our job to remind them :p If they know which they definitely should by now, as I am pretty sure it has been reported multiple times, it should've been fixed long ago. There are a ton of bugs that have been in game since beta from what I hear and while I understand some are difficult to fix, again that's not our problem :p
