bleu enchantments drops

Hello when i do quests or encounters with my DC there are almost no drops of green or purple enchantments. Even when i keep the others alive nothing for me. When i do the same at my CW a lot of those enchantments drops. So it isn't fair that you only get drops by damage because every char has the right to earn something. And don't say that i can farm those drops on my CW because the drop rate isn't fair!! How can my DC give damage¿ She is a healer..doh... and can never give more damage as a GWF or other damage maker. So make the drops random..fair isn't it.
