    Same, it is an account wide unlock meaning each char you have can claim one and if a mail doesn't ask you to visit a 3rd party website or for your details and is from cryptic its usually legitimate. Incidentally, if anyone is wondering the active bonus @ green is 55 power and recovery if anyone is wondering.
