PvP matchmaking and ignore list

Would it be posible to not be matched in the same team with people from ignore list? To me it make sense not wanting to be in same party with afkers, bots, and ppl insulting others...

    In other games (uhm was it UO -custom- ?) I've seen abused something like that, so..noes
