I don't blame company I just say my point of view since that lag inside Dungeons and Arena appear to only people live away from America many mates in Guild have same issue and this type of lag I was having only in type of games that got server in China example : Jade Dynasty (Chinese Server ) and Blade & Soul (Chinese Server ).
But Other game like Jade dynasty, Forsaken World, Blacklight and perfect world that got America server or Europe I never had such 200ms

If you don't want to respond my case, I understand but I had tried everything from reset network hardware, reset IP, reset DNS and I'm sure there no bottle necking facing my network at all since I play any other game in any type of server from USA to Europe and no such lag or high ping.
And If this case happen to many people which have 200ms Ping like me and evening worse Lagging spikes all over Dungeons and Arena and if you want to keep it over my network hardware as you like.
but this all of type appear only after mod 3 and I know you would say new stuff, many information been send But Whatever, This game for me become more like unplayable at all

I will tell you this: No one has said to you that there is a bottleneck in your hardware.. Also, I note that you have not performed a nettest as outlined in the lag and rubberbanding sticky--which would give some sort of a picture as to how your ports are behaving. If your bandwidth is being affected by issues out of the control of either end, then yes, you're going to experience latency.
You are misinterpreting what has been told to you, cherry-picking what to believe, and turning this into an "America vs. Europe" issue.
You have been told and shown there is a bottleneck in the route to the server. Furthermore, both NA and EU players run into this bottleneck. Therefore, it is not a continental problem.
The hop in question is te4-4.ccr01.bos06.atlas.cogentco.com
That is a data relay owned and operated by Cogent Communications, not Cryptic or PWE. It has been a known problem for more than a year and PWE has attempted the entire time to get the bottleneck straightened out. Nonetheless, since it is a momentary spike in latency, Cogent has been unable to pin down the cause and therefore unable to resolve the matter.
I would urge you to please get your facts in order before making accusations and calls for support in other threads. This matter is now closed.
