Storm Rider companion may 25th promo cannot be redeemed

there is no storm rider companion on the reward agent, even after 10 days of the promo, i transferred 1200 zen into neverwinter (no steam wallet), the promo says that within the 48 hours after the promo is over (from may 25th to may 31th) i would be able to claim it from the reward agent.

Is there any way i could get it?
