Crafting Tasks Self Reset

I have had several instances where leadership tasks self reset. This has been an ongoing issue for at least a month where a few, or sometimes all, of the tasks are just blank. At first I simply thought that maybe I had not scheduled one; but have been manually keeping track over the last few days. Something is definitely going on where the leadership assignments are simply resetting. Is anyone else experiencing something similar?
