Alchemy - Rank 12 Experimentation not yielding any Basic Alchemical Knowledge

Hi there!

I'm leveling Alchemy on an alt, my second round of leveling Alchemy, and I've hit a problem. I've done 35+ tasks of Rank 12 Experimentation, have gotten the 2 flasks as a reward but haven't received a single Basic Alchemical Knowledge, which means I'm stuck at level 12. Anyone have any insight/input on this? What shall I do to get the BAK I need? I tried reporting the bug ingame, I also contacted Customer Service, they pointed me to the forums, so here I am.

Any help is appreciated!

    Only thing I can tell you is to keep trying. You may just be having a drastic case of bad luck. getting the knowledge is pretty much luck each time you try.

    So put in the support tickets and keep trying.
