Can you just make an instance specifically for Black Ice Domination?

Too many times, instances fail to load that heroic encounter because too few people participate in it.

This is tied with your biggest selling for module 3 and most people are unable to do it consistently if at all.

I'd consider that a big problem especially since in the few cases that it works, it is a very fun mechanic to participate in.

also instead of running forever without the motherload at the end now it runs forever WITH the motherload glitched at the end removing all the black ice before any team reaches 100%
