Cut-scenes and their negative effects on death and Dungeoneering

I died and then someone in group ran up a little and it went to a cut-scene.
So my revive countdown timed out during this cut-scene.

Next, I opened a thievery box or other such dungeon box (not a chest) and i saw the loot list then
a cut scene appeared and when I came back from that the window was closed.
I didn't have another thievery kit or whatever.

I would like too see that when all players in group had cutscene before there could be none. When is Valindra telling you about how you ruined her plans for 666. its really annoying.
