Kinda hard to report this person

Someone is very obviously using one or more exploits in pvp. I have a 15.7k GS and specialize in armor penetration and power. Almost everything i hit them with displayed a 0 for damage and my critical hits were 100-200 damage. My Entangling Force spell did nothing visually and only stopped them for about 1/8 of a second. I've killed hundreds of people in pvp and build my char to be a pvp specialist. Very few people can even be a moderate match for me. But this scumbag is cheating. It's kinda hard for a rogue to have 99% damage reduction so obviously something is going on. Then there's the fact that they blew me away like I wasn't even there. 5 attacks and I was down. The math suggests they have a bare minimum of 10,000 power, crit, defense, and deflect.

I go to search this person's name and their account is private or hidden or whatever. I try to hit F on them to inspect them and I can't believe they're an enemy in pvp. So I actually cannot report this person because I can't get their base account name. This is the third person I saw using whatever hack or glitched gear there was. A team of them went through pvp and killed about 15 of my people in 15 seconds. So first of all do something about it and secondly, stop letting some people mark their account as impossible to report!

Unfortunately making a thread about it on the forums isn't the way to go about it either. You'll have to make your report with as much information as you can legitimately obtain, but using the forums to report wrongdoing has never been allowed.
