What're these for, found them in Icespire Peak?

In total there were 12 buttons, 2 rows of them but I only examined the one row. Not sure if they did anything but I'm pretty sure I was in a spot where players aren't supposed to go... What do you think they're for?

    How did you get into that cave/area?

    This might be the reason why the "Icespire Mountaineer" cannot be achieved.

    Which achievement is that? For exploring all of icespire? I haven't gotten that one either hence why I'm determined to explore everything lol. But I don't feel this is the reason why. The only way to get there is to constantly summon/dismiss companions while using Deft Strike on them — a spell unique to TR's. If you're a TR I can take you there and show you if you want though
