Regarding Lag in GG/Domination PvP

Usually the game goes relatively well in other zones such as Sharandar and others, but when it enters GG/Domination PvP (not all instances but some), the ping and packet loss surprisingly skyrockets.
Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same issues, or knows if this is a graphics or internet sort of problem?
