My zen purchase with paypal is in the reviewing status for 1 hour now and the purchase isn't completed.

    The first time you use Paypal, Paypal will review your payment to ensure that it is not fraudulent. This can take anywhere between a few minutes up to two days. This is not something on PWE or Cryptic's end.
