Zen purchase

My zen purchase with paypal is in the reviewing status for 1 hour now and the purchase isn't completed .

    The first time you make a purchase with a new card or method they will hold it in review for up to 24 hours (usually 30 mins - 2 hours) in order to ensure that it isn't a fraudulent transaction.

    This. If more than 24 hours have passed, please use the support website to submit a billing ticket. Unfortunately, we are unable to look into billing and account inquiries via the forums for privacy and security reasons, so I'll have to close this down from here.
