Speaking of damage bonus, I have a question about it. What does it exactly mean?

I know for GWF, that every point over 10 (for STR), gives 1% more damage bonus. On top of that, your weapon gives you a % that also contributes to "damage bonus".

So I guess my question is: How is damage bonus calculated?

well at lvl 60 its 166 power per 1% overall damage bonus, but since at lvl 4 and 1k power i have 270% i guess it scales with ur level,

Yep, it scales with level... otherwise, the whole range of equipment you find before level 30-40 would give you like 0,5% bonus per stat, as until you hit 60 you mostly have poor green equipment :P
