Missing Foundry Achievements

I made a new character and I am no longer receiving my DM level 4, 5 or 6 achievement. All my old characters have 18 authoring achievements, my new characters have only 11. Is this a known issue? Is anyone else having this problem? I put in a support ticket, but they have high volumes now.

    Have you deleted any of your old quests? That might be the source of it, as getting rid of older quests reduces your numbers when the system checks how many achievements you have - for instance, if you had 2500 stars total, and deleted a quest with 500 stars in it, you wouldn't get the 2500 star achievement, as it'd only read as you having 2000 stars.
