PvP - Heroic Encounter?

Since mod 3 launch iam wondering waht are those heroic encounters,
iam not a big pvper but i do it mostly during my pvp quests and/or iwd pvp domination (when its up, had it like 3 times since launch so far) its fun
But waht are those heroic encounters? its not the mother lodge or? since ive done that 3 times and it didnt counted in my pvp campaign (IWD)
i though its gone be something like the other herioc encounters outside pvp area but nope, last time i did pvp for 2-3 hrours and nothing poped up.
so anyone know? or is it let say "not active"
