You definitely need to block out names/@tags in the screenshot to be allowed to post it or else this will get removed. Aside from that I don't really know if its allowed or not.

On topic though, I experienced this all the time as well when I was using the build. After I moved away from it, I found that if you are geared enough, this will still happen regardless. Not nearly as much, but people will always act like this if you are good enough.

I admit it. I switched to perma because the flavor of the month just tastes so sweet :-D

In a way I've got no response except to quote Fry and say "Hey! I resemble that comment!"
But on the other hand I'm just playing the game as it's set up.

It sure is a constant thing that when you kill someone from stealth you'll probably hear about it.

I guess it's Ok to shoot a non-ranged melee character at range with your ranger, or take no damage from someones attack with your tank but acting roguish on your rogue is "cheating".

I've even had members of a certain brotherhood of an arcane nature that I won't mention :-D ambush me with three guys when I'm mining (which itself is a fair play and fine by me) and then have complaints that I'm the cheesy one for stealthing away and hunting them down one by one and killing them like dogs.
What you think I'm going to do? Go toe to toe with the GWF? Stand up on a platform and expose my rear end for your CW to blast at will? Fight the three of you at the same time?
No, I would on my GWF but on the rogue I will rogue you to death, if I can.

I've found that with most all PvP anger the best thing to do is not to respond in any way.
Don't justify yourself. Don't defend your actions. Just don't respond.
If they think you aren't even reading the trash talk they usually just stop.

truthfully i had to learn to fight permas...i know its not cheating or hacking but yes they were annoying. i usually 95% of the time kill permas. but only one TR ive met that was actually good and he wasnt even MI. he was a WK that actually did real damage to me.

Yeah, I'm a **** perma, to be honest.

Just a little while ago that didn't matter much, most people were so confuddled by the invisible enemy that I could make my usual half dozen personal mistakes while fighting and still win.

But these dang people insist on learning from experience and improving their play.
Now I die way more even as I get better at stealthing and my gear gets better.

So yeah, good attitude. Just observe the rogue and you will learn what they do well and what they mess up.
Most, like myself, aren't exactly "perma stealth" they're more "should be perma stealth" and will make mistakes and mess up their rotation if you screw with their timing just a bit.

O/c, some are just awesome and brutal and so hard to kill but those players would probably succeed at whatever the next flavor of the month is even if perma got nefed.

I troll permas all the time in pvp because they cause an in-proportionate amount of butt hurt. Then I log my own. XD

Just imagine how it was during the earlier stages of the game where mostly everyone wasn't aware of how high stealth builds can be achieved. Cuss words and cheating accusations were flying everywhere, and most players hated us, even our own rogue brothers. But there are also times when you'd get messages that show respect and admiration, sometimes you can even help other struggling rogues by pointing them to the direction of high stealth builds.

It makes playing the build worth it despite the abusive PM's we get.

I am a Devouted Cleric and some unexperienced players sometimes take too long to kill me, and call me names...PM me with bad words...

Yeah, this isn't productive at all. It serves no purpose to the community and only appears designed to troll. As such, I'm going to close it down.

Also, do not post screenshots with @ handles--especially in a thread intended to troll, but out of general purpose altogether. @ handles are unique and therefore can be used to harass players.
