Refined Black Ice Gear (semi-serious problem if correct)

If you have an armor enchant on it when it degrades, will it destroy the armor enchant or put it back in your inventory? If someone stupid like me forgets, I can't be arsed to lose a **** ton of cash because it doesn't remove my armor enchant and put it back in my inventory. I know right now theres no way of checking but honestly If a dev answered it would help clear my mind and probably alot of other people's minds now that I posted this on forums

The gear just degrades to tier 1 ,it doesn't change back to unenhanced gear so your enchantments will be fine and to give the developers credit it is pretty difficult to let your gear degrade too much because you get a big red warning in your buff bar next to the green icon that shows your companion actives that tells you your gear has degraded from tier 3 to tier 2 etc.

Old enchants do not do anything, they remain the same. THe new black ice enchants that go into the new overload enchant slots do degrade and eventually vanish. The new enchants cannot be recharged. They are cheap to to make though.
