Karru DD key fail

Epic Carverns of Karrundax: Played through, killed the dragon, game said no reward for you. Carrying 2 keys, Tag on screen says Chest unlocked, where's my loot?!?!?!?!? :mad:

This happens if you are dead when others kill boss.

We had no deaths in the fight. I was alive, as was everyone else.

Happened yet again.
I have multiple purchased DD keys. They worked in ToS, but will not work in Karru. I have now tried about 5 times. Was alive when boss died. Did not die in dungeon. Did not leave dungeon for any reason. Still these keys are not working for me. Any ideas?

2 keys could be the problem if you are allowed only one and get the treasure when you use your LAST (even if you have only one it is your last) key. If you have 2 keys the first one is not your last key.

Well, I noticed that its ALMOST like there are two chests - one you can open with keys, on you cant. Several times now I've not been able to get the chest initially, but after faffing about with the mouse I was eventually able to loot it.

And yes you have to love it when people are condescending, especially when you probably know more than them on the subject. And people often don"t even read the post, just the post title.
