Icewind Dale Daily quests not resetting since 3 days.

As title says, last time I was able to gain the dailies from Icewind Dale territory was on Saturday.
Since then the NPCs always have a long cooldown of around 21 to 23 hours, never resetting the quests.
The only reward I'm able to get si the one from the Smith NPC (the one that gives the potion).
This is happening both on my main char and on my alt, and the same vicious bug is happening to my brother's account.
Please look into this and let me know ASAP.

PS: Another but I got was the following one: yesterday I completed the experience overflow for the second time on my main char BUT, when I clicked on Get the Reward button, nothing happened. The button was gone and I had absolutely nothing at all.
Now, I don't know if there is a chance to get absolutely nothing at all from that reward, I was expecting at least a power point, like I had from my first reward (and from the 1st reward I had on my alt). I'd like some answers on this too.

Are you going to the faction leaders and signing up with one of them before you try to get the dailies? you need to join a faction before you can take the daily quests.

I'm signed with one of them with both my chars (each on a different faction) and, when I talk with faction leaders the only option I have is to resign my affiliation, nothing more than that...

The power point is random, but you should at least get an item of some kind. For example, 1st level up i got power point and some pet xp books. Second time I got a peridot, third was a powerpoint, 4th was a chant shard.

Sometimes they reset, sometimes they don't. Seems pretty random to me, at least I don't see a pattern. I can pick up the dailies normally though.

After a second thought: Try completing "Return of Investment" and see whether everything resets. I normally only pick up the Black Ice potion because the others are trash and not finishing this one could actually be the issue here.

For my characters, I actually HAVE to do that quest before any other are offered to me
