Basic Question about Incoming Health

I always questioned if i put a boon that adds 250 points to incoming health if that increases the health i gain throught life steal, i.e. does lifesteal count as incoming health?

it could mean any type of healing but incoming might mean from other sources like a dc, but it would be logical that your regen / lifesteal also benifits seeing as thats like the only other healing source
