Leaveling doesnt give you Ability Points to spend

I evolved 3 times post 60 and, the first time i received an ability point and an item reward for leveling... the 2nd and 3rd time only received the item!

Wasnt i suposed to receive ability points until my power tree was with all powers at level 3???

    If my memory serves me, you can get max. 3 power points. I'm just not certain if they come randomly or with each next full level bar. I guess it's random though.

    So what you mean is that i can only max the powers i already had 2 points? I thought these "awards" were constant and not random!

    It gives you power points, just not every time.
    For me so far it is 2/5.
