banned for payment problems (allready 2 days after fixing it!)

DONTget paypall issues!! if u get an issue they will ban you first, Then u will get an email. after that you have to find out what the stupid issue was. Well i found a double payment via paypall (they immediately responded, at least they are professionals!) and ordered one payment back. I fixed the issue in like half an hour. But after spamming the support team for two days (my whole ****ing weekend!), my account is still banned. YOU DONT TREAT PAYING (supporting) PLAYERS LIKE THAT!!!
BTW: its not this account but my main account which , in the meantime, is banned from the forums also....

    Yeah they have to ban first and ask questions later with real money transactions that they think are dodgy ,it's a pain in the *** but I imagine it'll be fixed early Monday their time.

    I had a paypal issue before. They fixed in in due time.

    Be careful after clicking that "pay now" sort of button that you do it once, and just leave it a few minutes. Clicking more never makes things faster.

    Yeah lol, but they banned me on a saturday morning and asked me to stop sending double complaint messages (only response i got) on sundaymorning. they have time for ThAT in the weekends?

    It's common practice. You dispute, they ban. Whether it's good practice ... I'll reserve my judgment on that.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done on the forum level for ban/account issues. You'll have to wait on support.
