Do you have to re-earn your Caer-Konig reputation to unlock at the same level?

As title states, In the new Icewind Dale campaign, do you have to re-earn your rep to unlock each box, or once you hit a level (say 50) are all of the options at that level available (as long as you have the other requirements coins and such)?

Reputation is permanent; it never disappears.

It's cumulative I believe, you won't have to re-earn, so yeah, all the other options will remain available across that rep tier
