Ioun Stone prices

Just wondering what is happening with Ioun stone prices atm. They cost 1200 Zen but there is no Zen to buy and they are not on sale anyway yet their price is 140-160k lower than 1200 zen@500 ad=600K. They were on sale a few weeks ago but I am sure all those stone went through the AH within a week or so with up to 25-30 stones avaliable at any one time. I mean last week they were up to 720k now like 440K. What gives?

I know the black ice stones are out but they are still more than 750k( the upgrade price from blue to purple) than the cheapest Ioun. Is there another way to get stones cheap because this price drop does not make sense.

    Coupons and more likely is the fact that a bonding runestone comes with it.
