Well, I've noticed a pretty major issue since patching (5/15/2014 v2 )
The problem is that out of nowhere and seemingly at completely random times, my display will completely stop working.
Almost as though the graphics card itself stops working. Blank screen on my monitor as it tries (unsuccessfully) to get a signal, and no amount of alt-tabing, alt-F4ing or ctrl-atl-deleting will do anything. It's completely unresponsive. I have to do a hard reset (ie, push the rest button) and I absolutely LOATHE needing to do that.
There doesn't seem to be any real rhyme or reason to when it crashes either. One time it crashed on me as soon as I selected my character to load, another time it waited until I was out in the wilderness killing stuff. Another time I was talking to NPCs, etc... etc...
At first I thought it might actually be an issue with my graphics card. There was a driver update for my card that I hadn't installed yet, so I did that. Made no difference.
But after play testing both Borderlands 2 and Metro Last Light for about 30-50 mins each with no errors, smooth frames and all their graphicy goodness, I can safely say that I don't think it's my card.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Edit: I just tried turning my graphics settings down, just in case. But lo and behold, it made no difference. Turned the settings down, zoned out of PE and into another area, talked to one guy, ran a little further, and crashed. Quite literally about 90 seconds of game time. About 3 or 4 minutes all told from launch to crash.

The issue I am having is since a bit before that patch, where I lock up and need to reset. The screen stays on and shows whatever I was last doing, it's just entirely frozen and I have to reset. HOWEVER, my MP3 player and even the game's music continues, so it's not really 'locked'. Does your music drop dead? Any idea?

Actually I don't play with music... I'll load it up now and give it a whirl. Maybe try a couple other things while I'm at it...
Killing orcs is like washing a pig. Turn your back for a second and the filth is back...
The good thing about having three characters at max gives me a choice on how much butt I want to kick. For balls-to-the-wall murder, I go with the Great Weapon Fighter. The Wizard is the one that runs around laughing maniacally yelling "Catch me if you can", while the Guardian Fighter flips you off and is all like "Come at me, bro"

5 minutes later. The verdict is that the sound dies as well.
Also makes no difference between full screen and windowed. Screen goes blank, everything locks up, sound dies. Have to push the reset button.
