What is that icon currency that's used to upgrade companion?

I missed that before, or maybe its the new thing in mod 3.. but I noticed that there is another currency for upgrading the companion beside using AD.. I dont know the name of that icon/currency or how to get it..

Does anyone know about it? Thanks

    Check out the lockbox page, (http://community.arcgames.com/en/news/neverwinter/detail/3043233), specifically, the part about the "Companion Fortification Kit" part:

    "Notably, you will have a chance to gain a companion upgrade token which can help you upgrade your companion to Max level 30."
