CW's Dodge

Is it just me or with module 3 CW's teleporte became a bit broken??

On pvp it happened to me more than once beeing caught while i was already in the mid of the teleport....
... this pissed me off like hell... because my CW on pvp can be strong... but if i get caught i die....

Is this just happening to me or someone else already noticed it?

    its alot better if you try and get their attacks to be in mid dodge, since you have to take their connection and yours into effect

    I noticed on my HR getting hit with stuff I should've dodged.

    I'm hoping that it's related to the instance cap issue they're dealing with in the maintenance going on right now.

    This only happened to me at the pvp domination!
    I didnt noticed failed dodges on PVE... got to try it when the game comes up again!

    But in PVP it happened, i start to teleport and while i was teleporting ( in the animation i was already gone) i get back to where i started teleporting and get stunned!!!

    I have been having that issue, not only after module 3.
