CW PvP gear not working with MoF Fanning the Flames.

Again not really my find,
But I was able to verify this early report and had seen these reports in other threads regarding MoF powers. And being that Champion Mage is some of my favorite gear, I would like to report this one.

The Spell Mastery Slot set bonus this gear gives does not reduce the Recast of Fanning the Flames. And being that this is a key Paragon spell for the Master Of Fire tree, its pretty important that it works with the PvP sets and the Champion Set.
