Gertrude Messer, the owner of the Jagged Daggers Mercantile Company, has a bounty on coins that were first minted by the Red Dragon Trading Post in Luskan in the years before the Spellplague.

If you complete the Foundry quest "Recover the Red Dragon Coin" (NW-DACHKPIZW) look for any Dagger to get in touch with Gertrude and receive your bounty! This quest -is- daily eligible as an extra incentive.
