Fixed a few polish issues with the Black Ice gear such as skinning and weapon size.
Half Elves can now choose to have facial hair again.
Hunter Ranger Profound PvP sets now uses the correct art that matches the collections window.
Classes and Balance
Devoted Cleric: Punishing Light: Debuffs applied by Punishing Light now properly persist after players stop channeling Punishing Light.
Hunter Ranger: Marauder's Escape: This power no longer affects the camera of other nearby players.
Hunter Ranger: Split Shot: Slightly reduced its damage from live to match what was intended last week to about 25% (down from 48% when originally reduced).
Hunter Ranger: Storm Warden: Stormstep Action: This Class Feature now works correctly as described in the tooltip.
Players now take 8 seconds to drop out of combat after being struck or striking a player.
Content
Added Kessel's Retreat to the level 60 daily skirmish quest as one of the requirements.
Dwarven Valley Heroic Encounters: Updated the spawn locations and objectives to be more visible and intuitive.
Dwarven Valley: The PvP Heroic Encounter has received updated scoring and messaging as well as an increased amount of guards for the winner of the domination portion to better fend off unwanted claim jumpers.
Heroic Encounters: Resolved some cases where enemies would not properly leash back to their proper locations if dragged too far away.

PvP Campaign: Double and Triple Kills will now correctly register in all cases.

Caer-Konig: Fixed collision near the docks that could get players stuck.

Dwarven Valley: Fixed some pieces of geometry that would allow players to get stuck in.
Icewind Pass: Fixed the areas where snow and ice meet that wouldn’t properly draw ground FX including incoming enemy attacks.

There is now a more clear message when you die and become unflagged for PvP.

I have yet to see a yeti in the need for mead . It is obviously a rare occurence event ( either in place of the giant or an extra with the mobs ) .

They do not always spawn, its sort of a rare chance thing.
But if they do spawn , are you guaranteed to get the item drop and therefore the yeti companion ?
Surely that must be how it works , otherwise you would be at the mercy of RNG twice in a row for the same reward , RNG that it's going to spawn then RNG that it's going to drop a treat .

On the other hand not playing for hours on end for the last few days has allowed me to get a stable over clock on my new motherboard and also get Neverwinter online to play nice being loaded totally from a Ram drive. Neverwinter has screamed and kicked to not run on a ram drive, now if only I could get it stop screaming and kicking in crossfire.

Great Weapon Fighter: Feat: Executioner's Style: This feat no longer has any interaction with Reaping Strike. This feat now also increases the damage of Sure Strike by 6/12/18/24/30% as the target's health diminishes.
Great Weapon Fighter: Feat: Focused Destroyer: This feat now increases the damage bonus of Destroyer by .7/1.4/2.1/2.8/3.5% (up from .5/1/1.5/2/2.5%) per stack."

Copy 2 of the same character that qualify for entry to icewind dale onto the test server and take both of them to Caer konig , there is a guy in the pub who should have the quest for you next to the fireplace.
8 seconds is definatly too much, especially for cw's that already have an extremely narrow gap of time that they can use to mount up and escape GWF's, GWF's can already break out of Icy rays using their atwill threatening rush.. with this new 8s combat timer you are making escapes ever more difficult.
Will you actually fix the fact that 20% black ice resistance isn't enough to enter kessels retreat or the fact that "the remorhaz" is still broke so that you can't finish it before the game goes live? You have 1 more full week after all.

Frishter how is the remorhaz broke? Are you talking the quest, the smaller HE hunt for remorhaz, or the Big HE with the bad Worm?

What pelgrax said. Also I wouldn't report bugs here, they're less likely to pay any attention. I've seen it take a while for higher difficulty HEs to spawn pre patch.
Just did Need for Mead , Yeti Rampager spawned and I got a Yeti treat , I thought OMG yay! I got a baby Yeti , went to give baby Yeti the treat , god dam baby Yeti turned it's nose up at treat and wouldn't come to me -.-*

Ugh , standing round for hours waiting for HE's to spawn , sounds like fun.... Especially now that the loot tables seem to have been changed with last nights patch so that most of the time nothing worthwhile drops at all .....

Please, can you explain this a bit more? Players must be killed with 1 single aoe skill or register kills during a few seconds after the first kill?

This applys to Domination? or only to Open World PvP?
Currently both similar to healing depression.
I would say that 8s its too much on both, specially on Domination PvP.
