Sharandar Rewards quest bugg and queue issues

There have been a buggy quest Sharandar Rewards for very long time and im asking you to fix it.
Same goes for the queue time to join guntlegrym PvP, you can wait for like few days until it happens that you can join and complete your daily quests, and also the queue time for dungeons.
The game is so unbalanced with the queue system.
Please fix these issues
