Do is possible to unbound horse or companion pet to use for other character ?

I have 2 horses and couple pets bound to one character i just started to play my new character and wondering can i unbound horse so i can use it with my new character ???

as they recently provided the courtesan fashion set (for free in that weekend zen shop promo) as account bound, i'd like to see lockbox mounts as account bound as well. also make zen store mount upgrades account wide and maybe add a zen store training tome? it'd be a nice QoL addition to the game.

I've recently asked the Devs to consider allowing those who've purchased companions prior to the active bonus patch the chance to un-bind those companions, as I bought two for my TR and they would better serve me on my GWF or GF. I compared it to them giving out free re-spec tokens when a new paragon path is added. I even recommended that they create "Release Tokens" that can be purchased at the zen store and used to un-bind companions. A similar item could be developed to serve a similar function for artifacts as well. I send a message in and got a unique response saying that the issue had been sent to the "higher ups" for further consideration. That was 2 months ago and I've yet to hear anything else about the issue. This leads me to believe that we may be on the verge of getting a way to undo some mistakes that are only revealed as mistakes through the devs manipulation of the additions to the game. My thread is posted under the TR class forum and I have called for others to rally support. Perhaps you should post a reply and introduce the issue of un-binding artifacts as well as my urging to un-bind companions.
